Hey, I'm Justine!

I’m Justine Maree Cox, a leadership expert who works with CEOs, General Managers and HR leaders to grow confident, connected managers who can truly lead.

Over my career, I’ve led operations teams of up to 450 people, chaired national boards, and partnered with organisations across financial services, health, and community, and professional services sectors. I know the cost of avoidance, because I’ve lived it. I also know the transformation that comes when leaders learn how to have conversations that matter.

Today, I coach leaders to build cultures anchored in trust, accountability, and human connection. My philosophy is simple: trust and relationships are the real ROI. When leaders create the right environment, people thrive, and performance follows.
